If you use HumblSuite to manage information about minors (individuals under 18):

• You (the customer) are responsible for obtaining appropriate parental/guardian consent
• We implement additional safeguards for data identified as belonging to minors
• We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without parental consent
• Parents/guardians may contact you (the customer) to access, correct, or delete their child's information

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation:

• You will have the opportunity to export your data before deletion
• Your data will be deleted from our active systems within a reasonable timeframe after cancellation
• Backup copies may persist for a limited period before permanent deletion
• We may retain anonymized, aggregated data for analytics indefinitely
• Some data may be retained longer if required by law (e.g., tax records)

You may request immediate deletion of your data by contacting us. We will process such requests within 30 days.

8. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies to:

• Essential: Maintain your session and authentication
